Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• You must have an active, verified Tunari VPN account to participate in the referral program.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Referral links are for personal sharing only. Mass distribution via spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising is prohibited.
• Tunari VPN reserves the right to deny participation to any user at its sole discretion.

2. Rewards

When a new user signs up through your referral link and subscribes to a paid plan:

• Both parties receive 30 free days added to their subscription.
• The referrer earns a recurring commission on every payment the referred user makes, based on the current tier:

Commission is calculated on the net amount received by Tunari VPN after payment processor fees and applicable taxes.

3. Cooling Period

All referral commissions are subject to a cooling period before they become eligible for payout. The cooling period protects against chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent activity.

• Russia (RU):35 days from the date of the referred user's payment.
• EU and US:90 days from the date of the referred user's payment.

If the referred user requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or cancels their subscription during the cooling period, the associated commission is voided.

4. Fraud Prevention

• Self-referrals are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, or using VPN/proxy to simulate different users to refer yourself will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
• Incentivized sign-ups (e.g., paying someone to sign up through your link without genuine intent to use the service) are not permitted.
• Tunari VPN uses automated systems to detect patterns of abuse including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment pattern monitoring.
• Tunari VPN reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deny commissions if fraud or abuse is suspected, at its sole discretion.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid out upon request once the minimum threshold is reached:

• Russia (RU): minimum payout of $20.
• EU and US: minimum payout of $50.

Available payout methods:

• Credit card
• SBP (Russia)
• USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks
• PayPal

Payout requests are processed within 10 business days. Tunari VPN is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the recipient's bank.

6. Changes to the Program

Tunari VPN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to commission rates, tier thresholds, cooling periods, or payout terms may apply to future referrals. Commissions already earned and past the cooling period will be honored under the terms in effect at the time they were earned.

7. Termination

• Tunari VPN may terminate your participation in the referral program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or account inactivity.
• Upon termination, all pending commissions that have not yet cleared the cooling period are forfeited.
• You may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by contacting support@tunarivpn.com. Earned commissions past the cooling period will be paid out per the standard process.
